Toys

If you want me to buy a toy from you that your child has used, at the MOST, I will give you half of what you paid for it. Half. 1/2. .5. If your child has slobbered all over it, thrown it across the room, stomped on it, etc., I don't know why you would ask for more. IMHO, toys are too expensive to begin with. Half. Maybe.

So I go to Ebay because I would love to buy some Little People sets for Lara to play with.
My favorite people on Ebay are the ones who sell their toy for .99, then set their shipping costs to $256.98. This is listed right under another of the same toy and is newer and the shipping is only $5.00. But THAT listing wants the exact same price as is in the stores. Why do I want to buy your used toy for the same price, oh, wait, add shipping, for MORE than what it is in the stores?

My least favorite people are the ones who actually buy those toys. Honey, go to Wal-Mart. It's $14 there, not $25. And it's NNNEEEEWWWWW. Yes, I know gas is expensive. Principles, my friends, you must have some.

Summer Start

Dustin and I planted tomato plants last night.  The evening was stunningly beautiful. Granted I had to put on a sweatshirt, but it was on...
