Anyway, we have completed Lara's Early Intervention 6-month re-evaluation. Would you like to hear the results?
Developmental Therapy: Lara is showing age-appropriateness or advanced skills in every area (except motor skills, obviously). Quite a difference from the first evaluation! To be honest, she gave Lara a 12% delay in interaction skills, but I don't think that is accurate because Lara simply was just being stubborn or something and wouldn't cooperate. For example, she wouldn't wa
ve goodbye on demand (see previous video) or copy facial features, really "elementary" stuff that Lara has been doing for awhile now (with others besides us). So I doubt we got an accurate assessment of that.
Occupational Therapy (upper body): 20% delay. This is not in her fine motor skills, but in her range of motion with her arms. The stiffness in her legs effects her whole body, but this will correct itself in time. Not enough delay to warrant therapy after all, but we feel it's best to continue.

Physical Therapy (lower body): She's about at a 10mo old level. Our goals are standing without support and walking!! We're moving up to the big stuff now!
Enjoying doing the laundry.
Just a reminder of how cute she is! Even when she is sick!
