Okay, I did it. I've switched therapists. We will likely be going to Easter Seals for OT now, also. But driving up to Blm is no big deal. Also, Lara has been approved for braces, so we should be doing the casting part really soon. Gretchen seems to think that we will see huge improvements once Lara gets used to wearing them on a regular basis. I should get Miss Trisha a goodbye present.

Today, we went to the park. We went swinging, and flew kites, and threw frisbees, and it was a lovely day. And I am exhausted. And it's only 2pm.

HOLY COW!! Check this out and watch the video. Pretty soon, kindergarten readiness will be tested at age 3. This is crazy. Birthday present for Lara (hint hint)!! Personally, I don't see the value in a 2 year old learning to read. Rather, I would have Lara learn to cook!! Then I don't have to always do it!
I just wanted to include this here, since I have no where else to put it. During one of my lessons, I had the children at church build their own little city of Jericho. The electronic house in the corner is Rahab's house, although we still forgot we were supposed to save her family. We had to walk around that city so many dar.n times!! I made the children do the same thing the Israelites did so many years ago. I think they mainly learned that the Israelites had it pretty tough back then.

Summer Start

Dustin and I planted tomato plants last night.  The evening was stunningly beautiful. Granted I had to put on a sweatshirt, but it was on...
