Mmmm...Lara and I walked down to the store yesterday. I picked out junk food, and Lara, completely by herself, no help at all, picked out a yogurt granola bar. She has a few things to teach me yet.


time out. is no fun. it breaks my heart every time i send her to time out. she is in time out a lot because she throws her food on the floor. now all i have to say is, "okay, time out," and she starts screaming. we don't keep her in time out long. just until i feel she gets it. she needs to learn not to throw her food on the floor. right? part of the problem is that i think she just throws her food on the floor when she is all done, just to get it out of her way, off her tray-like she's cleaning up. i don't think she's always just playing games anymore.
