Scene: Mama's in the kitchen cooking for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Lara is playing in the living room.
Mama: Lara, what are you doing?
Lara: Coloring!
Mama: What? WHAT are you doing?
Lara: Coloring!
Mama, despite never having heard Lara say this word before, walks into the living room somewhat alarmed. Lara is sitting on the couch, scribbling on the thank-you cards with a pen.
So when you receive your thank you card in the mail for the birthday present you got Lara, and there are scribblings all over the envelope, know that Lara wanted to send her thanks also, and she did so quite willingly.
