"But I don't like coffee! I tell that to Daddy; I say: 'Daddy, no, I don't want coffee, coffee is not good for my bones'!"

You know what is not good for my bones, is Claire waking up at 5:30am every single morning. This is not her wake up time, oh no. This is her make-a-dirty-diaper time. 5:46.34am every morning I hear her wake up and grunt over the baby monitor. Then I have to will myself to stay in bed and not go to her when she starts crying. She will soon go back to sleep, but it is hard for me to. 9pm, hello, new bedtime.

Lara is doing simply fabulous these days with her walking. Yesterday we spent the morning at the Discovery Museum, and Lara walked all over that place without any assistance. I sat, and watched. I try not to do that, I try to be involved, but some days it is so nice to sit and rest and let the little ones just play. Fabulous, I say.

"Hi, Mom, how is your morning going?"

This is how Lara greets me some mornings. She's super sweet and nice. I'm really lucky to have her.

I'm also really lucky to have Claire, even with her 5am stinkiness.

Here is a drawing of Lara's. I think she is pretty good. But, you know, coloring and drawing has always been an interest for Lara.

This is Lara's favorite book. She has it completely memorized. It is quite humorous.

I'm feeling guilty, because I haven't really passed out pictures of Claire. People have lots of baby pictures of Lara, and none of Claire. You see, that is always the issue, making sure #2 gets all the same attention as #1. Actually, Claire has a lot of great pictures that I took, I just never passed them out. Can you all please take down your Lara pictures until I get some to you of Claire? Kthxbai.

The girls on Valentine's Day:

Claire is wearing a Valentine's shirt with a monkey on it, and I bought her a monkey. Because she is my chunky monkey.
