Okay, so first, we have a comparison opportunity. Above you see child #2.
And, below, child #1. This is an excellent representation of the difference of my two daughters. Once is clean and dainty, the other rough and sticky. :)
Now, below, Claire does this often throughout our meals. She loves to hold hands and pray before we eat. So she asks to do it several more times throughout the meal. She also really likes to discuss the princesses on her mat (she really likes princesses now!), and will get mad at you if you do not pay attention.
Below, is a project the girls and I did one night while daddy was sleeping. It is a tomato plant cage that I turned upside down and wrapped in garland. The girls decorated it with our leftovers. It serves as an excellent night-light for Lara.
Below, are a couple pictures from our candy-making afternoon. I personally made candied walnuts and oreo truffles. And about 2lbs around the waist.
Below, is a menorah that Lara made for Hanukkah.
Lara and her friend Macy.
Claire and her friend Shiloh (boy). Wearing Lara's hat.
Below, are pictures of Lara's first experience of stitches. (They have not been bothering her at all.) In fact, in the picture above with her friend, you can see a little mark on Lara's chin where the stitches are. We had a band-aid on all morning, but took it off this afternoon. See? No big deal.

Below is a picture of the actual cut, so beware if you are squeamish.....

Lara woke us up this morning asking if it was Christmas yet! :)
I'm off to watch It's a Wonderful Life, will put more on later.
